Time whizzes past doesn’t it? I’ve just had another birthday and it seems such a short time since I posted about my last one. It feels a bit like the downhill run now. Sometimes I feel like my life is like a telescope – not in the viewing but in the collapsing of the instrument. Telescopes are not something that normally grab my attention – although I saw a ‘dead’ one on the side of the street a couple of weeks ago, sans lens etc. It was quite sad.
Anyhoo, I’ve just celebrated another birthday that, auspiciously, fell on Mothers Day. We invited close family and had a lovely BBQ here under the vines. The Mothers toasted with Veuve Cliquot!
Here we are! Between us we have 13 children. Not many when I think that Roland’s grandmother had 11 or 12! Anyhoo, that’s what we’ve got and the ages of our children range from 20months to 44 years old. In the photo: my sister, my daughter, my niece, two sisters-in-law and my niece-in-law (and me in – the polka dot top – bossing everybody around just for a change).
On the Yoga front, I’m working on starting an Over 55s class here in Falcon. I’m looking for a venue and wondering about how many people will come along. It is one of my personal new year resolutions to start this class.
